CC and Security Office Hours and Numbers
The Bryan CC desk is staffed from 7:30am to 1:30am, Sunday through Thursday; and from 7:30am to 2:30am on Friday and Saturday. All other CC building offices are staffed beginning at 6:30pm each day. Outside of these hours, there are always 2 CCs on call while students are on campus.
Contact numbers for the On-Call CCs are posted at each CC desk and can be viewed here. If your student has an emergency they are encouraged to reach out to the on duty CCs.
NCSSM also has Campus Safety and Security Officers available 24 hours. They can be contacted in non-emergencies at 919-416-2911. In emergencies, they can be contacted via their radios at 919-416-2711; please note that because these calls are handled by a radio you should allow a few seconds to pass before speaking after the officer has spoken.
Student Travel & Sign Out
If your student will be off campus overnight, will miss curfew, or will be traveling beyond a 30 mile radius of campus AND picked up by someone other than a custodial guardian, please use the Student Travel Permission Form. Parents/guardians must submit the online Student Permission Form at least 48 hours in advance.
Once this form has been submitted a Student Life staff member will reach out to the parent/guardian for approval. If you would like to speed up the approval process, please call the Bryan Student Life Desk at (919)-416-2825, and Student Life representative will approve the for in our system.
***Please remember that it is only necessary to complete and submit the online Student Permissions Form if your student will be off campus overnight, will miss a curfew, or will be traveling beyond a 30 mile radius of campus AND picked up by someone other than a custodial parent/guardian.
How do I send mail to my student?
Mail and packages should be addressed as follows:

Your student can find their mail box number via blackbaud. Your student should check their mail box often. If they are having any trouble accessing it, they can seek assistance from anyone at the Bryan CC desk. Packages will be kept either in the mail room or be brought to the Bryan CC Desk. Students will be emailed when a package arrives and given instructions of where to collect it from.
